The processing of personal data collected from ON ART MEDIA is carried out in compliance with the law of January 6, 1978 as amended (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 679/2016 (“RGPD”).
The controller of personal data processing is ON ART MEDIA.
The personal data collected by ON ART MEDIA during the use of the website www.ONART.media (the “Site”) by any Internet user (the “User”) are strictly necessary for the purposes sought by ON ART MEDIA and described below.
Purposes of collection and processing of personal data by ON ART MEDIA
Personal data may be collected when the User browses the Site, registers for events organized by ON ART MEDIA and/or newsletters, applies for a job or internship offer or applies spontaneously.

Report illegal content
In accordance with article 6-I-7 of the law n° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for the confidence in the digital economy, called “LCEN”, ON ART MEDIA allows Internet users to report any content likely to bear the characteristics of the offences referred to in the fifth paragraph, seventh and eighth paragraphs of article 24 of the law of July 29, 1881 on the freedom of the press and articles 222-33, 225-4-1, 225-5, 225-6, 227-23 and 227-24 and 421-2-5 of the criminal code (in particular apology for crimes against humanity, provocation to commit acts of terrorism and their apology, or incitement to racial hatred).
To report manifestly illicit content on the www.onart.media website, the Internet user must send an e-mail to the e-mail address redaction@onart.media.
Intellectual Property
The presentation and content (articles, drawings, photographs, images, texts, animated sequences with or without sound, and other documentation) of this site constitute works protected by the French laws in force on intellectual property. Any representation, reproduction, partial or total exploitation of the elements constituting the site www.onart.media, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of ON ART MEDIA, is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute an act of infringement within the meaning of Article L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The offender would be subject to civil and criminal penalties and in particular the penalties provided for in Article L. 335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
